MAX4581L, MAX4582L, MAX4583L 低电压、CMOS模拟多路复用器/开关
MAX4581L/MAX4582L/MAX4583L为低电压、CMOS模拟IC，分别配置为8通道多路复用器(MAX4581L)、两组4通道多路复用器(MAX4582L)和三组单刀/双掷(SPDT)开关(MAX4583L)。
此类CMOS器件工作于+2V至+12V单电源。每个开关都能处理满摆幅模拟信号。+25°C时泄漏电流仅为2nA。
所有数字输入具有0.8V至2.0V的逻辑门限，保证在+12V电源供电时兼容于TTL/CMOS逻辑电平。
