北京凌讯华业科技有限公司是美国凌讯科技公司 (Legend Silicon Corp.)的全资子公司，于2000年在北京注册成立。凌讯科技 (Legend Silicon Corp.) 由清华大学留美学者于1999年在硅谷创立，公司依靠自主创新，研发全新的无线宽带通信传输和数字电视广播协议，并从事相关产品的研制与销售。目前凌讯科技在北京、上海及美国硅谷设立了分支机构。
